All positions at Trinity ABA, LLC require passing a Level 2 Clearance background screening and local law check, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel as needed (although minimized as much as possible). We offered salaried positions with the potential for bonuses and percentage of profits for employees who are exemplarly.

 

Current Positions available:

Part of what makes us the best is the way we treat our staff. We want our staff to enjoy working and stay with us for a long time to come. To do this, we need to provide opportunities for advancement, education, supervision and overall support.

  • Level I: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Potentially salary $30,000 to $40,000
  • Level II: Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) – Potentially salary $40,000 to $60,000
  • Level III: Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Potentially salary starting at $60,000+
  • Level IV: Clinical Director: Potentially Salary $70,000 to $100,000 – depending on experience, education, and competency.
